I did this a few years ago, and loved it (most of the time). It was near the beginning of building my yoga practice, and it really did help me get comfortable with self practice. I’ve been away from yoga in a sense fora while again, and think it’s time to jump back in with another challenge.
As such, for the next 30 days, I will be practicing yoga and blogging. Daily. The goal: to just hit the mat (and keyboard) with consistency.
Not much to report today, except that it’s day 1! And I haven’t had my coffee yet.
